A common call is about a sump pump failing and a basement flooding.  The usual response is to remove the water and dry the space.  In this instance, the customer wanted the children’s toys cleaned and returned, the flooring and trim replaced, as well as walls re-painted.  The customer requested that the flooring be a different color, and of course, we obliged.  The interesting part was that the customer wasn’t initially aware that SERVPRO offered re-construction services and could provide the entire rebuilding of the basement.
