Storm Damage Repairs at Golf Clubhouse

High winds and heavy rains created flooding, causing water damage to a golf course clubhouse.  SERVPRO of Wheaton / Glen Ellyn / Lisle was called for the immediate response to remove the water, dry walls and interior of the building, as well as remove damaged building materials. Following the emergency response, the building had to be repaired, with the interior restored to preloss condition.  Again, SERVPRO of Wheaton / Glen Ellyn / Lisle was asked to handle the interior rebuild.

After Drying, the Rebuild and Reopening

This video illustrates how the walls were partially removed to fully dry the interior, and the ensuing repairs. Drywall was installed on the lower half of the walls, with drywall taping and mudding applied.  The walls were then sanded and prepped for painting.  After the walls were painted, the original baseboards were re-installed, where possible, and final cleaning took place to allow the clubhouse to re-open to golfers and employees.
