We would like to compliment your employees for the excellent service they provided to the unit in Lincoln Park West. The unit had quite a bit of water damage form the sprinkler head that broke on the 17^th floor.  The unit is on the 15^th and 16^th floors, so it suffered tremendous water and mold damage.  The entire experience with SERVPRO through the demolition and remediation could not have been better!

Following a catastrophic event, SERVPRO came into our facility to assess the damage and immediately mobilized a clean-up crew of 45-50 people within the first 24 hours. They enabled us to get back into production within 7 days and continued clean-up for the next few weeks. Being a USDA facility required very rigorous requirements be followed and SERVPRO rose to the occasion. Tim English was on-site with us the entire time ensuring every detail was covered to not only our satisfaction, but to the satisfaction of numerous regulatory agencies. It was by far the single best clean-up, remediation, and restoration I have ever witnessed.
