So grateful for the SERVPRO team that arrived to help us with a flooded basement.  Thank You!!

Justin Coconato was very easy to work with – extremely patient, understanding, and polite. He was always at my home at the time he said he would be, and he always gave me advanced notice.  More importantly, I feel he went above and beyond what was necessary.  He genuinely cared about his work and my home.

Patrick was great!  He explained everything, answered my questions, and even helped us to work with the claims adjuster! He made a bad situation for me tolerable and then some, and I really appreciated that!

The SERVPRO team exceeded my expectations throughout this very difficult time. The excellent communication and respect for my home were much appreciated, beginning with Eric Horvath and Kurt (mitigation) and continuing with Dan Prazak, Ray Hohenstein and Danny Poloyko.  The painters and electrician (Angelo) all did an excellent job. I hope I didn’t leave anyone out.

I sincerely thank everyone who worked on my home.
